I’m usually a little cautious with deliveries and try not to get my hopes up, but this one showed up quicker than I thought. No hassle, no issues, just a smooth delivery.

I bought a canopy from Delta Canopies for our back patio, and it’s already had to deal with some rough weather, maybe more than I expected this early on.

Last week we had heavy rain and strong winds, and I was half expecting to find something loose or damaged afterward. But somehow it stayed in place, didn’t leak, didn’t sag, and the frame still feels solid as far as I can tell.

I’ve only had it for a few months, so I can’t say for sure how it’ll hold up long term, but up to now I’m really happy with it. It definitely seems a lot better than the cheaper one we had before.

Putting it together wasn’t too hard, but the instructions were a little unclear in spots. I mostly just paid attention to the diagrams and the parts that seemed important, and after taking my time, it came together okay.

I needed maybe 2 or 3 replacement parts for my canopy and was able to find them on the site without much hassle. The order showed up in about a few days and everything worked fine. Saved me from having to spend a bunch on a whole new canopy, so I’m happy with it.

Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. I ended up sending a follow-up message before hearing anything. Once they replied, they were helpful and said something like, "Sorry for the delay, we’ll help get this sorted out," which I appreciated. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish the response time was quicker.

I’m happy with this canopy. It feels solid and well made, and it’s held up nicely so far. There may be a small thing or two that isn’t perfect, but nothing that really bothers me or affects how it works. Overall, it seems like a good quality buy.

I’m happy with the fit in the end and would probably order it again.

So... the product itself seems fine, but the packaging was dented when it arrived. Not a huge deal, just a little disappointing to see the box so beat up
